Nora Fanta was incorporated into the Firm in 2008.
Her professional practice is focused on consulting the Firm’s clients in the field of patent invention, in biotechnology matters, biochemistry, cosmetics, food products and bio-mining. More specifically, her duties include the development of patentability reports, composition of applications for inventions and associated proceedings of the same. Likewise, she provides all necessary technical support for litigation cases in patent matters.

– Industrial Property, Patent Office of the Department of Industrial Property of Chile (currently INAPI), (1994-2005).
Formerly (1994-2005), Outside expert in the Area of Biotechnology (Invention Patents) in the Office of Industrial Property (currently INAPI). External consultancy in Industrial Property, in the Area of Patents related to chemical and pharmaceutical products in Latin American countries and other related studies. (2003- 2008).
