Porzio Ríos García firm has joined the Pro Bono Foundation mission, enhancing its permanent call for voluntary legal assistance to individuals and organizations, in its different areas of practice.
Marino Porzio, a founding partner of Porzio Ríos García, valued this initiative when he received the board of directors of the foundation. “It is a pleasure and honor to join Pro Bono. This institution has demonstrated over time it has filled a space and lawyers can be on these issues. The image of the lawyer has declined and these activities show that you can do something better. We must leave space and time for this activity that will mark the year 2018, we will take part with great enthusiasm”, said.
Pablo Guerrero, president of the board of Pro Bono Foundation, noted “it is an honor that Porzio Ríos García joins ProBono. The pro bono is in the DNA of our profession. When we began 18 years ago there was resistance, but time proved us right and we have a positive impact, especially when this work is done in an organized way. A lawyer who makes pro bono can change lives. “
