Her practice is focused on advising clients in the registration and protection of trademarks in Chile and abroad, as well as the resolution of disputes arising from the application and defense. She has vast experience in arbitration and revocation of domain names before the arbitrators NIC Chile and to the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). She also advises clients whose logos and other intellectual property rights are infringed by content uploaded to the Internet, and generally in privacy matters, advertising and consumer rights.
