Porzio Ríos García joined Bernardita Torres as a partner, with more than 20 years of professional practice in the firm, focused on advice and litigation in Intellectual and Industrial Property matters, specifically, related to trademarks in Chile and the foreign, copyright and internet domains.
With the incorporation of Bernardita Torres to Porzio Ríos García, the firm has seven partners at the time. She studied law at the Pontificie Universidad Católica de Chile. In addition, she is responsible of the coordination of the Pro Bono activities of the study. She is also member of the Bar Association, the Chilean Intellectual Property Association (ACHIPI), the Copyright Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group.
