His professional practice was focused on advising clients in the areas of litigation and trademarks, patents, copyrights, domain names on the internet. He also represented the Firm’s clients in negotiation and contracts related to Industrial Property and in matters of unfair competition and advertising. He also practices in matters of Insurance Law and in the field of Public and Private International Law.
Previously, he acted as counsel of the Chilean State’s Insurance Institute, of which he was Legal director. He was Legal Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1976-1985) and Ambassador of Chile before the Netherlands and Denmark (1985-1990).
